Ordering was easy. I needed to contact them with a question which was dealt with effectively, and they were able to source my particular requirement. Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately, although the bonsai tree was well and safely packed and undamaged, the accompanying ceramic dish was not. A phone call yielded a promise of a replacement. This has not arrived yet, but it is Xmas.
One complaint of these 'customer experience' reviews is that they are sent out too quickly, and hence can be less useful. I am willing to update this review if you resend a request - I suggest in one week's time.
The item is the one I ordered. I have no intention of using it at the moment.
Hence my 3* mark is meant to be non-committal.
