We are big fans of the yellow courgette and are convinced that the flavour and texture is superior to the traditional green one! Give it a try and let us know what you think. Fantastic when the seeds have been hollowed out and simply baked with cherry tomatoes and some fresh herbs! Once you start picking you will continue for about 6 weeks.
