Delivery Details

  • Delivery will be via Royal Mail, sent first class post or, in the case of furniture, by a courier service.
  • Flowers, pot plants and other gifts are posted Monday to Friday. Deliveries work on a two day minimum postal service. All items are posted 2 days prior to the customer's requested delivery date. As with all First Class post, the delivery date is NOT GUARANTEED. So if your requested delivery date is the 14th Feb, you will need to order by 10am on 12th Feb.
  • Dispatch dates are often spread over a period of time. These are the "windows" to which we have pinpointed as the optimum timeframe for the receipt of these products.
  • Blooming Direct cannot dispatch to PO Box numbers. Please provide a valid address and post code to ensure the Royal Mail gets its end of the job done.
  • Multiple orders may not all be dispatched at the same time. Each order line will be packed and dispatched individually.
  • Live plant orders are dispatched from Monday to Wednesday to ensure that your plants arrive before the weekend and in tip top condition.
  • Our plants are carefully packed in a blister pack and then placed in a strong cardboard box for posting to you. We aim to pack your plant products twice a month at present. As the internet postal business grows we hope to be able to pack on a weekly basis.
  • A dispatch "window" is given on the product page; these are not given as exact dates. This is because we will only pack your plants at a time when we think they are in the best condition for posting to you.
